WORKSHOP #1

Claude for Product Manager
Turn Claude From a Chatbot Into Your Actual Teammate

Every week, you burn hours on things that aren’t actually your core job:

  • Writing meeting notes one by one
  • Drafting specs/PRDs from scattered notes
  • Chasing status updates across teams
  • Manually researching competitors, tab after tab
  • Sorting through a pile of customer feedback

The result: almost a full workday every week lost to coordination and admin, instead of thinking about product strategy.

Most PMs already use Claude or ChatGPT, but only for the occasional Q&A. In reality, AI can go much further than that: actually taking action inside the tools you use every day.

KEY TAKEAWAYS

The 5 Levels of Automation and learn how to move up from “AI-assisted” to “AI-orchestrated”

How Claude works as an agent (not just a chatbot) via Composio, Claude in Chrome, Cowork & Scheduler

4 ready-to-use PM workflows: Meeting Recap, PRD drafting, Competitive Research, and Voice-of-Customer triage

Ready-to-use prompts + a step-by-step adoption plan — so you can start applying this without feeling overwhelmed

Learn how to turn Claude from a simple chatbot into an AI agent that actually takes action across your everyday PM tools, from meeting notes to competitive research, all automated.

Practical Framework

The "Two Hands + Where + When" Framework

COMPONENT
FUNCTION
Composio (API Hand)
Connects Claude to Docs, Sheets, Gmail, Calendar, Drive, and CRM
Claude in Chrome
(Browser Hand)
Handles anything without an API, or behind a login
Cowork (Where)
The workspace where tasks run end to end
Scheduler (When)
Automation for recurring tasks

And 4 Workflows You’ll Build Live on the Day: Meeting Recap, PRD Draft, Competitive Research, Customer Feedback Triage to sorted into a prioritized backlog

Note

A laptop with Google Chrome and a Claude account (claude.ai) already logged in, The Claude for Chrome extension installed and active, A Google account (Docs/Sheets/Drive) to connect via Composio

Optional: a Fathom account or a sample meeting recording/transcript and premium account for the best experience

WORKSHOP #2

Vertical AI Product Ideation:
A Framework for Finding What Vertical AI Product to Build

Are you one of them?

A product manager or technical builder who already knows how to build and the harder problem is deciding where that capability should be applied.

A domain expert or SME operator who understands a market deeply enough to see problems outsiders miss and you know where the work breaks, where customers complain, where money is lost, but haven’t turned that advantage into a product.

A boutique consulting or service firm sitting on the raw ingredients of a Vertical AI company: repeatable methodologies, proprietary know-how, client relationships, years of historical data, but unsure whether any of it can move from people → process → AI system → scalable product.

If any of that sounds like you, here’s the uncomfortable truth: the biggest mistake in Vertical AI is not building the wrong model. It’s choosing the wrong workflow.

A technically feasible AI product can still fail because the underlying problem is too small, the buyer doesn’t care enough, the workflow can’t be delegated safely, or the product has nowhere meaningful to expand. This workshop answers the question that should come before architecture, agents, or code: what should I build?

You’ll evaluate your own domain, identify the workflows with the strongest economic and product potential, and leave with a concrete Vertical AI beachhead you can test.

KEY TAKEAWAYS

Understand why domain depth matters more than generic model access — Vertical AI winners like Harvey (legal) and Trunk Tools (construction) succeed because they understand a valuable workflow better than general-purpose software companies do

Learn how to find the right workflow to own — move beyond generic “AI use cases” and identify the workflow a customer will actually pay to radically compress, automate, or remove

Learn how to capitalize on assets you already have — map your Data, Knowledge, Process, and Network into a defensible foundation for a Vertical AI product

Learn how to choose the right product model — Copilot, Agent, or AI-Enabled Service — based on your workflow’s structure, risk, trust, and customer behavior

This is a working session. Bring one real industry problem, professional workflow, consulting methodology, or startup hypothesis — you'll map it, score it, and leave with a testable Vertical AI Beachhead Statement.

Practical Framework

The Vertical AI Beachhead Scorecard

DIMENSION
WHAT YOU NEED TO ANSWER
Workflow Pain
Is this frequent, repetitive, slow, or painful enough to matter?ment today
Economic Weight
How much cost, labor, delay, error, or lost revenue does it create?
AI Delegability
How much of the workflow could AI realistically execute?
Risk & Trust
Where can AI act, and where must humans remain involved?
Expansion Potential
What adjacent workflows become available if you win here?

And What You’ll Build Live on the Day:

  1. Map your domain advantage (Data + Knowledge + Process + Network)
  2. Identify three candidate workflows in your domain
  3. Score each opportunity using the Beachhead Scorecard
  4. Select the right business model — Copilot, Agent, or AI-Enabled Service
  5. Write your Vertical AI Beachhead Statement — a testable product thesis

By the end of the session, you’ll walk away with 1 scored Vertical AI opportunity, 1 selected product model, 1 testable Beachhead Statement, and a clear view of the gaps between your idea and a real company — enough to decide whether it deserves deeper investment.

Note

A notebook/laptop, and one real industry problem, professional workflow, or startup hypothesis to work with during the session. The more concrete your starting point, the more useful your output will be.
